Ray Audett

Raymond Audett is an experienced and results-driven professional who joined NC-SARA in 2020 and is currently serving as the Director of IT at NC-SARA. With a keen focus on improving organizational effectiveness, Ray oversees the technical operations and implements strategic technological initiatives for both internal and external partners. He excels in Salesforce consulting, business innovation, vendor management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.

Drawing from six years of service in the U.S. Army, Ray brings valuable skills in collaborative problem-solving, team leadership, and taking initiative in high-stress situations. He has successfully served in remote roles, collaborating with global teams to develop comprehensive content management systems, experience cloud sites, event and campaign automation, and internal servicing systems to support institutional students. Ray has a proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving positive change.

Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in biology with double minors in Chemistry and Creative Writing from the University of Miami. Additionally, he possesses badges, licenses, and certifications as a Salesforce App Customization Specialist, Salesforce Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, Salesforce Process Automation Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. During his time in the U.S. Army, Ray was honored with the Army Commendation Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, and Combat Infantryman Badge.
